Beta User Agreement

1. This is a "Work in Progress" (The Beta Disclaimer)

You understand that Kynectia is currently in Beta. This means:

• The app may have bugs, crash, or lose data.
• Features may change or vanish without notice.
• We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by service interruptions. You are using this "as is" to help us test and improve.

2. Real World Safety (The Liability Release)

Kynectia facilitates connections, but we do not control human behavior.

• You are responsible for your safety. We are not liable for anything that happens offline (at venues, during meetups, etc.).
• Please use common sense and public meeting safety practices.

3. Code of Conduct (The "Don't Be a Jerk" Clause)

To stay in the Beta, you agree to:

• Be who you say you are (No catfishing).
• Respect the venues (Buy a coffee, don't loiter).
• Respect others (Zero tolerance for harassment, stalking, or unwanted sales pitching).
• Violation of this results in an immediate ban without appeal.

4. Feedback is Ours

We love your feedback. By submitting ideas, suggestions, or bug reports, you agree that Kynectia can use them to build the product without owing you royalties or ownership.
