• Identity: Name, Email, Profile Picture, Job Title/Headline.
• Location: We only access your location when you are actively using the "Check-In" or "Scan" feature.
• Usage Data: We track which buttons you click to understand what features are popular.

2. Who Sees Your Data?

• Other Users: When you check into a venue, users in that specific venue can see your Name, Headline, and Intent.
• The Public: Your basic profile (Name/Headline) may be visible to other members of the Kynectia network.
• Third Parties: We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. We only share data with infrastructure services (like Google Cloud or AWS) that keep the app running.

3. The "Right to Vanish"

If you want to leave the Beta, email us at tech@kynectia.com, and we will delete your account and data from our servers.
